What is OPI’s Custom Gifting return policy?
OPI Customized Gifting is a personalized product offering, all sales are final and no credit or return will be issued. If you placed an order but received the wrong item, you can return the wrong item for a refund or a replacement of the item you did not receive through Customer Service. If your item is damaged or defective, you can return your product through our Customer Service within 10 days. For any returns, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
I’ve got commitment issues - can I cancel or change my order?
Once confirmed and placed through our website, your personalized order is immediately sent to our OPI Gifting team so that we can begin the transfer of your creative ideas onto the product. This process ensures we meet the quality service and standards you expect from OPI. Therefore, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order on our website confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

To redeem your promo code, please enter the code on the checkout page and click submit. Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be combined, therefore only one promo code may be used at a time. For help please call 805-864-2607.

No worries, we can help you with that. Please call 805-864-2607 with your order number and the promo code you intended to use. We’re so sorry, but we are only able to add promo codes within 24 hours of when you placed your order.

First, double check that the promo code dates are still valid. Second, make sure your order meets the minimum requirements detailed in the promotion. What is inside the shipping box?
Your beautifully selected gift will be packed in a secured white shipping box, along with an order recap. Don’t worry, we don’t include pricing on the order recap, so your secret is safe with us.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Not yet, we are working on this. In order to ship to multiple addresses, you’d just need to place separate orders with appropriate ship-to addresses.
Procrastination beware! I need a gift today - do you offer same-day delivery?
Unfortunately, due to specialized nature of our Custom Gifting sets, we are unable to ship same-day delivery at this time.
I live outside the United States – can I order OPI Custom Gifting too?
Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the Continental United States.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?
At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
I’ve got a big party and I need help! How can I place a large/bulk/corporate order for my event?

How long will it take for my large/bulk/corporate order to arrive?
